What does garden maintenance include?
Our Mowing & Garden Care plan includes weekly lawn mowing, edging, clipping cleanup, garden bed weeding, shrub and hedge trimming, and deadheading. We'll walk you through exactly what's included for your specific property when we provide your estimate.
How often will you visit?
Our standard recurring plan is weekly during the growing season (typically May through October). We adjust frequency and tasks in spring and fall based on what your garden needs.
Do I need to be home?
No — most customers aren't home during their service. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. We'll leave everything tidy and locked up after each visit.
What if I have plants I don't want touched?
Just let us know. We do a walkthrough with every new customer to note any plants, areas, or features that should be left alone. Your notes are kept on file for every visit.
Can I add fertilizing or weed control?
Yes — these are available as add-ons or as part of a Custom Garden Plan. Ask us about our soil health and weed control programs when you request your estimate.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. We require 2 weeks notice to cancel or pause a recurring plan. No penalties, no hassle.
