Services

MRPRO provides residential and commercial lawn care, garden maintenance, snow removal, junk removal, and moving services in the Markham, ON area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are subject to weather conditions and crew availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and clear access to the service area
• Remove or secure pets, vehicles, and personal property before service
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards

Limitation of Liability

MRPRO's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, acts of nature, or damage resulting from undisclosed hazards.

Intellectual Property

All content on mrpro.ca, including text, images, and logos, is the property of MRPRO Lawn & Garden and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
